The Perfect Elevator Pitch: Stand Out from the Competition
You only have once chance to make a good first impression, so make it count.
Almost everyone thinks they have their elevator pitch perfected, but does it stand out?
Think of a 30-60 second elevator ride with someone who can change your life. What would you say about your business?
It’s important to think about the ways that you can stand out from the crowd in terms of the way you pitch yourself, your business and your services – no matter what industry you work in but especially in real estate. As a highly competitive market, it will be important to consider the following:
- What’s the problem? – What is the issue your business is looking to solve?
- Amplify the “problem”, or the hook – Why is said issue such a big deal?
- Be the solution! – How can you help address that issue?
- Call to action – What should your audience do next and how can they get in touch with you?
